War and Peace

This three-piece collection has one of the most universal themes In the history of art: War and Peace. "War", the first of this trilogy, depicts Ares or Mars, the god of war, surrounded by its atrocities. The second, "Escape" is a hymn to all those fighting to get away from the cruelty and inhumanity of war. "Peace" is the catharsis. It is the relief, the purging of all injust pain and suffering.
